Description

Understanding change means we need to know not only why change is important, but that it’s inevitable.  This two-hour course is designed to prepare administrators with the awareness they need to lead and manage change.  Participants will learn to:

  • Explain why change is inherent to organizations
  • Describe how change affects individual and organizational functioning
  • Assess the effects of change on the organization
  • Consider strategies to help manage the change process
